🗣️✨ Repressed Anger Lives in Your Voice - Here's How to Let It Out

Imagine walking into work, standing tall, saying hi to everyone, and feeling like everyone loves you.

If this isn't the reality that you experience, and you find yourself walking in timidly, looking at your phone, stay in a corner, and feel like you want to hide, this is because trapped anger in your voice has stifled your expression, trying to keep you safe.

Anger is a primary catalyst to achieve fairness. It isn't a bad emotion.
When it is repressed, it stifles our voice and weakens our ability to see life clearly.

Here is the most sustainable 2-step solution I've discovered to process the anger and release your voice.
STEP 1 (3-min):
Breath slowly and sit comfortably.
Relax your body completely.
Tap into the emotion of anger to help you see reality clearly. No sugar-coating. Continue to breathing.
This will move you from:
Taking blame that isn't yours > to > putting the blame where it belongs.
Letting your boundaries be crossed > to >Â having non-negotiable boundaries.
Feeling confused and hesitant > to >Â having strong clarity and conviction.

STEP 2 (2-min):
After you tap into the emotion of anger and process it, your nervous system softens enough to receive the finely tuned vocal exercise: the Vocal Fry.
Say "Hello" out loud and notice where you feel the vocal vibration in your body. Give it a score from 0 to 10, with 10 being the best and most resonant.
Make a slow low-pitched humming sound (vocal fry) for 30 seconds, three full times. Feel the vibration expand into bigger areas in your body.
Say "Hello" again and notice the difference. Notice the new location of the vibration and the new score from 0 to 10.
