This is how I experienced a catharsis of vocal release!

In this video, my mentor Elliott Hulse guides me through a Bioenergetics exercise to release deep seated tension from my voice, and it showed!

Steps to follow along:
1) Wide open mouth and jaw and straight spine.2) Circular breathing into the belly.3) Aim to breathe with no sound (sounds like wheezing indicated blockage of sound pathway).
4) Continue for 1-minute to allow tension release to build up.

**You will notice in the video I had to scream in order to release the accumilation after 1 min or so, but this can look different for each individual. Screaming is not a requirement!
