Steps?

  1. Create a measuring stick by saying "Hello" and rate it from 1 to 10, with 10 being the best.

  2. Activate your breath by taking 5 deep belly breaths.

  3. Hold the inhale of the 5th breath for as long as is comfortable.

  4. Focus the pressure where you feel throat tightness and allow it to soften (it can get quite trippy - the key is to flow with it).

  5. Test the results by saying "Hello" and give it a new score.

  6. Notice if there is any difference.
